She is courteous and a wonderful lady with a wonderful family who does come to help her, when needed. She is trustworthy and also cares of other peoples needs. I have known Angela personally since Sept of 2007.
Finding out she does housekeeping made the decision of having her come to our home even easier. Angela is punctual, communicates clearly and goes to work with gusto! Angela and her assistant arrived on time and were done within the scheduled timeframe. She took extra care to clean our buffet, credenza (even took the books out and dusted them). She cleaned the hardwood floors and made our remodeled bathroom sparkle like new. During these economic downward spirals we all need to make adjustments however, the one thing we won’t sacrifice is Angela’s service.
Even if I sound like everyone else I have to agree “Our home did smell great for days after.”

The employer that last reviewed you sounds a little conflicted and inconsistent...Angela, based on ALL your reviews and track record with our family and other, even the initial one from this last person, you would certainly be the home coming queen or president. I have had multiple people work for me and few impress me as you have. I will continue to refer you to family, friends, and colleagues. When I met you a little over a month ago…little did I know I would not only gain a great support in my home, but a blessed friend. You’ve helped us, what, 10 times over that period?

Please know that you are appreciated and you always go above and beyond in everything you do. Trust me, I am not easy to please, and you are always thorough and timely. I am okay with the person who seems to have an issue with your work...means you have more time for our family. If there is any truth to the inconsistency that this person refers to, I am certain there was good reason for it as you take pride in your work and customer service you provide. Too bad (for them) some people don’t see the value in extraordinary work and of great value despite your very reasonable pricing structure

Look at it this way…20 out of 21 ain’t half bad (it’s less than 5%) 

She is okay when and if she shows up. She has kept 1 out of 5 appointments. The one appointment she kept she was 45 minutes late.
My time is too valuable to wait for someone who does not show up and does not call to cancel in advance.
She did the same thing to my sister in law when I recommended her. She said she was on her way, and my sister in law waited for THREE HOURS, and Angela never showed up.
I wish I had not given her a high rating before.
